Xinke Xinke Sync

Sync is a lightweight CRM system developed by Teown for small eateries and bars, supporting multi-merchant management with a WeChat Mini Program customer side and a Web admin console. The customer side offers scan-to-order, cart, checkout (balance/WeChat/cash), eat-first-pay-later, member center, coupon wallet, top-ups and stored liquor management. The admin side covers POS, product management (AI images/descriptions), orders and kitchen board, member marketing (welcome gifts/coupons/check-ins/top-up bonuses), table management, stored liquor and operation logs, plus a super-admin view with merchant management, revenue reports and split-account records. Delivery integrates the Kuaidi100 aggregator for price-comparison dispatch.

Small eateries and bars lack lightweight, affordable digital tools: mainstream SaaS is expensive with data held by third parties, while manual bookkeeping is inefficient. Sync targets lightweight CRM for 1-5 chain stores, covering ordering, POS, membership, marketing and delivery in one system with data under the owner's control.

Sync V1.0 was released on July 30, 2026 (Mini Program v2026.07.30.1749), with an 11-module admin console, completing MVP testing and QA acceptance.
